David was prompt. After checking lack of heat from new wall mounted water heater, checked water flow from shower head, explained flow was too slow and the heat sensor wasn't being properly activated. Replaced shower head. Water temperature improved with increased water flow. Excellent service and willing to explain he process. Donny was very helpful & courteous. He was on time unclogged my sink then went to the bathroom and unclogged my shower with the snake. Mike was able to come early and was communicative with us the entire time. He worked so hard to unclog our drain, and he succeeded! David came out, told him what I was needing. He gave me the quote and when I said yes, he didnt hesitate. David got right to work and was extremely professional!
