Prime Car Wash

I give this place a try about once a year to see if it has improved. This car wash is about what I would expect out of a gas station drive through only additionally it takes about an hour of your life to get in and out of. If your car isn’t really dirty or has a light dusting this place will do just fine as mostly the end result is a good rinse, not wash. If you actually have a dirty car and it needs washed, or you don’t have an hour to spare, skip this place all together it is not for you.

Just like the rest, the machines wash the car, all they have to do is dry it down. Still spotted windows, dirty wheels. I paid for doors, dash and console and console was still dirty. How was it wiped if it was still dusty. You all charge way too much for such lackluster service. If I'm paying $40 to get my car cleaned I should have clear windows and clean rims. A carwash should not make you feel more stressed. The facility itself is nice, it's the human side of things that's off.

They usually do a good job. Much better than Crew!

We took our truck in and unfortunately it was too wide (tire width) that we could not fit and ended up having to back up all the way out. However, everyone was very nice about it. The manager came out and confirmed it was too wide and someone guided us as we had to drive out the entire way in reverse. They handled it very professionally and we appreciated it.

Was happy to stumble upon a full service car wash, but left extremely disappointed. Virtually NONE of the staff were wearing masks, which has to be some sort of mandate violation. I felt extremely uncomfortable and when I asked politely for them to put one on, I was ignored. Cashier staff lacked manners and professional decorum. Car wash was ok, but nothing to write home about. I made an attempt to speak to a manager with no luck. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself.
