Crew Carwash

Went through the car wash today; I have just bought a new vehicle, and it had car paint on it with the sale price etc; the wash didn’t get it all off, and Stevie Cobian was incredible and brought the razor and spray out, took the time to carefully and efficiently get it off the window, as well as the 2 side windows, and then allowed me to go back through the car wash. She definitely went above and beyond and made this an awesome customer experience, I will for sure be back because of her! Thank you so much!

I am a member of the unlimited club. For a dollar a day, it's the best deal in town. The outside of the car is clean, they do an outstanding job.

Generally good and convenient. I don't like when it's busy and they cram cars close together, since that means I may catch some of the tire shine applicator on my car from the car ahead of me. Since I have low profile tires, a good 2/3 of the tire shine ends up on the wheel instead of the tire. The applicator will also streak that stuff all down the side skirts of the car, which is why I opt not to have the tire shine option.

This entire business is amazing, fills a REAL needed niche, and it's MASSIVE success both shows and is very well-earned; there's almost ZERO vocal interaction, but the employees are always smiling and waving at customers. It's such a ridiculously small thing, but it ABSOLUTELY makes a huge difference and impression.

Excellent staff. Woman who greeted and gave my pup a treat was super friendly and excelled in being a great person.
