Tire shine never seems to work at US 31 just south of Stop 11 location.

Usually quick. Always friendly employees!!!! I like how they help guide you onto the tracks. Their handheld signs are a good idea!

I only wish they all had the selfwash so I could power wash my weathertech floor mats. The membership is so convenient and I just feel better in a clean car. The membership allows me to keep it clean for 50 bucks a month. (Ultimate wash)

I'm a former employee of this location. Went in to get my car washed. The employees didn't really seem to want to be there. After going through the wash (I have a works book), I checked my car to see there was grease/grime of some sort in the grill of the car and some bugs still on the bumper. I went through again, telling them of the grease and bugs. I'm not entirely sure why, but they took my license plate number, didn't give me the receipt, and sent me through again. The guy running the wash itself quickly sprayed the car and used the mop, but didn't seem to really check the spots I specified. I checked the car and the grease was still there. I left. I probably won't be going back. The quality of the wash is nothing like it used to be and no one seems to want to even be there. I know I loved that job when I worked there and it's sad to see it in such a dismal state.....

Always friendly service. The employees are very courteous. My car is impeccably clean in 60 seconds.
