Bill came and installed a sump pump with battery backup in the basement. He was neat, kind, and he was very thoughtful to explain everything to me when he was finished. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for keeping your basement safe from water damage.

Both technicians had such positive attitudes and were very skilled. We were amazed at the quality of people they have in their company. It felt like they were passionate about their profession, did quality work and gave us the best service they could... it did not feel like they were just putting in their time at a job. Mr. Rooter installed a main sewer clean out at my house And jetted my line to clear debris. They were prompt, nice, and reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue.

We previously had an awful experience with a different plumbing company. Mr. Rooter plumbing thank goodness was such a breath of fresh air. Our hot water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had technicians out here by noon. I especially loved that they sent a picture of who to expect once they’re on their way. They were extremely professional and patient. Unfortunately our 11 year old water heater was shot and they explained my options to me and what they would recommend based on risks/pricing. We opted for a new water heater and they got it installed the same day. I will 100% be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future. Great customer service!
