Charles Dabney was my technician doing my yearly service for my air conditioner. He was excellent! Took a lot of time explaining/teaching me about my new air filter (came with the new furnace I purchased 8 months ago but had never changed the 6 month filter) and also the new thermostat. I would definitely recommend Asking for Charles if you need service for your heating/air!nnMichael Grant inspected the plumbing in my house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend!

Mike came out to give me an estimate to replace my old mercury bulb thermostats with a newer smart thermostat. He was great in establishing scope of work as well as scenarios for also including a service deal on maintaining our HVAC equipment. He was 100% honest, no run around talk. I appreciate him and he gained my respect. Though I have not made a decision yet, I'm happy with the info. Just, since it was referred to, I wish to learn more about the maintenance contract. And, I will ask sooner than later.

Joshua Pierce was great! He arrived early, but waited until our appointment time to come to the door. He was incredibly polite. He explained all of his findings and pointed them out so that I understood why it would need repair and obviously where it was located so that I could observe its state. The company itself appears to have great values which are displayed and exemplified by their technicians. Would not hesitate to schedule another service!

Greg did a great job. Answered all my questions. Fantastic experience. Very professional.nnRyan was extraordinarily professional also. He drained our water heater, removing sediment. He accommodated a special request, and was extremely cordial.nnThis is an excellent company. Great customer service, quality work, at an affordable price.

During an annual service check, I decided to have a whole house installed. They did that the same day, calling a Ryan to the house to do the plumbing work. He arrived quickly to put in the water cut over. He was friendly, courteous and respectful. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Great service.
