Jim is very professional and certainly takes great pride in performing high quality work. Jim did a very big job for me that included: removing my countertops, sink, and old dishwasher; lifting and installing new countertops; putting in new sink and faucet while also making the garbage disposal more functional; installing new dishwasher; and fixing a clogged drain from my AC unit. Previously, he had also put in a new water heater for me. Jim does a fantastic job and I highly recommend his services.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.nI will not be requesting their services in the future.

Highly recommended and now I know why!
