I usually resist doing reviews, but I feel compelled to write one now. My kitchen and garage flooded in the late evening. I researched plumbers online and became overwhelmed with the massive list of names to contact. Tried reaching out to some with little to no success. Was told because of Holiday week I would be waiting awhile. Nearly at the limit of my frustration, I called Plumb Doctor. Literally within minutes, the Van pulled into my driveway.nMy tech was named Chris. We were so impressed with his kindness and patience, not to mention his abilities and professionalism,that we immediately realized we were in good hands.He quickly diagnosed the issue and we were up and running in short order.They are now our go to plumbers along with family and close friends. THANK YOU PLUMB DOCTOR !

Miguel was our service technician, he was very polite and helpful with making suggestions for repairs and checking a few concerns we had with our water softener. We had a really great experience from the start with scheduling the service call with Ashley and having Miguel to our home, both were friendly and I would definitely recommend using them for plumbing needs. Compared to other plumbing companies I called to check on pricing, this was the best experience we had and Im happy we chose Plumb Doctor we would use them again for sure.

A professional plumber with good results. Enjoyed the communication during and before the visit. Have used plumb doctor before and will continue to do so.

Chris came and gave us an estimate and he was sooo personable, yet professional. Even my children were surprisingly comfortable talking to him (they usually act shy) because of his personality. I highly recommend Chris S.

I called them for an emergency service call at one of our rental properties to repair a bathtub faucet that would not stop running. Rodolfo Vargas was the technician and he was prompt, courteous and kept in contact with me by phone to advise of any additional work he found. The price was reasonable considering they were there and done within 2 hours from my initial phone call. Will definitely use again!
