Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!

He was leaving a job and decided he could accept our job and would be here to help us. In less than an hour he pulled up. Great Timing!! identified our issue and resolved it. Mark is a Lifesaver! I called mister quick and they said they couldn't get my kitchen sink drain clear. They said they would need a specialist to come out with a camera and then give me more options and they wouldn't be able to do that for a couple days!nI called Mark at Drain Busters and he was confident that he could get it clear and he did! He got to my house right away, did a very thorough job, worked very quickly, and all for a better price than the big retail plumbers.nNot only did he do a great job on my plumbing, but when I was about to leave the house, my whole tire fell off from my ball joints breaking. Mark was still there and stayed with me calling tow trucks and sent me to a repair shop he knows about. Highly highly recommend. My main line was backed up and had about 4 inches of sewer water in my basement. In a couple hours it was good as new. Any major company would've taken days and multiple appointments to vaccuum the water, and then unclog the pipe.nnMark is genuine in his work, goes above and beyond for his customers, and a great example of how to run a business.
