Masters Heating & Cooling

The crew at Masters heating and air installed a new geothermal system for me. A water furnace seven series. They did a fantastic job, for exceeding my expectations.nI cannot say enough as to their professionalism courteousness. A great job well done!

I have had three different guys show up from this place, and they all have been very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My first experience with them was on a home warranty claim. He asked me questions that my current professionals did not, help me understand my system, even though he wasn't being paid for the extra time.nnI have had quotes done for these guys, comparing other companies, and they have consistently been the more honorable crew and often the lower bid. Explaining the systems, why I wouldn't need this or that expensive item because my system just didn't require it. Where as the other companies immediately tried to sell me on those more expensive extras.

Mike was on time, fixed the issue very quickly with my indoor heating system, and showed me how to fix the problem. He also gave me information on their routine maintenance package of how to stay proactive which also comes at a good price. He was very friendly and professional as well. Would highly recommend and I hope Mike performs my next service call as well.

Dennis is an awesome guy who is super knowledgeable about HVAC systems! Thorough, friendly, and an all-around good dude.

Blake called within scheduled time and arrived on time. He greeted me with a smile and was very professional. He performed his work and was in and out within aprox 45 minutes. I will call on Blake in the future.
