Ok seriously this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This company went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were to our house within a half hour of calling and it was one of the owners that showed up. Jason was very thorough and down to earth. We had to replace the whole water main line a month after moving into our new home and they were so good to make sure we were able to get the fix done in a cost effective and timely manner. I liked that it’s a smaller family business and that we were able to work with both of the owners. Their warranty and cost of the fix was unbeatable for what they did. We will definitely refer and go to John Fowler plumbing for all future services!
Jason was very friendly and congenial! He was able to install the shower faucet in a small access behind the shower stall thereby not having to cut into the shower tile. Jason capably installed the faucet and explained how to adjust the hot water flow. He cleaned up the job site afterwards! I was very pleased with the whole experience. Not cheap but worth the investment to have a professional job well done!
Amazing service from the start. Inquired about free service call coupon and they had availabilities that same day to handle my leak. They arrived promptly with notifications and great communication with a great price. Would highly recommend!
These guys are the best. Great connection and fast response time. I had to have my main replace and they got it fix in less then an hour. I highly recommend.
Service was great. I needed a corroded pipe replaced and a water line rerouted. They made sure I understood the scope of the work and did a great job. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.
