We couldn’t be happier with our service!! Joe and Joe (and then Kevin) did an EXCELLENT job! They were professional, arrived on time, very friendly, explained everything they were going to do, even went the extra step when they found our regulator wasn’t working and putting out 140 psi. They cleaned up neatly after they finished, and the job looks fantastic! I give FIVE stars and will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. GREAT JOB!!!! And, the price quoted was the price paid!!!

What a wonderful place. All my plumbing needs in one place. The people are extremely professional and the always wear a mask. Great price and amazing work. Tim who works there is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing very easy to discuss plumbing in a way I understand and an all around great person. I would recommend L.D. I was extremely happy with the service I received from LD Smith plumbing. My great experience started with Jennifer in the office. She was pleasant and accommodating, she set me up for an appointment right away. TJ came out to give me an estimate but instead , took the time to do the repair for me that very day. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing before he did it and he treated my home respectfully. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Within the last year, we have had two great experiences with Joe, at LD Smith. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. Joe made sure I understood the causes of the respective issues and was kind enough to answer any question I had in layman’s terms. I was able to schedule an appointment easily, without having to wait weeks before they could come out. I will definitely make them my first call for any plumbing problems in the future.

We could not have been happier with our experience with L.D. Smith! We have had them out for 2 different major repairs to the main water line in our home and both time they had been awesome. Both time were over holiday weekends, but they were able to get our issues diagnosed and resolved both times. Joe and TJ were a great team, knocked out a relatively large project in 1 day. Could not recommend them any more!
