very nice!
So much information and so wonderfully displayed! And easy to get to with easy parking.
It has an outstanding collection of Western art on permanent display. I especially enjoyed the unique quilts in a temporary display.
The last gallery on the left, upstairs is the reason to come. Skip the white-washed American West exhibit in the main hall. It tells the revisionist history of Wild Bill and Zane Grey. But upstairs there are some good exhibits, especially the last one om the left, the Please Touch gallery of sculptures by the amazing Michael Naranjo, a blind Native and Vietnam veteran.
Jingle Rails made both my kids grin ear to ear.
