Fast service. Clean location. Employees were busy prepping orders for catering or mobile ordering, working the drive-thru and helping me simultaneously!

My favorite Subway location everyone is so friendly you feel like family.

They almost never get my order right. I am always waiting way longer than I need to to get my food. What is the point in ordering on the app if I’m still waiting 10 to 15 minutes at the window for my order?

This subway usually has good service. I go out of my way to come to this one for that reason. I came here today and found their doors locked an hour after they should have been open. No sign posted to explain why. Just a locked door. The lights are on.

10/25/2020 At about 720 pm I decided to go to this outlet. This location is two blocks away so I chose to walk rather than drive. When I arrived the sign on the door said drive up only. So I walked to the drive up window. I was refused service!!!nLet me be clear, there was no car in line, no reason why they could not have taken and made my order. I fail to understand why a business that is struggling to stay open would turn away a customer.nPerhaps this franchise owner needs a lesson or two in customer service.
