The hair cuts myself & my daughter got were very nice. The staff was very thorough in sanitizing their stations before and after our appointments.
I had a great experience. I had no appointment and they were able to get me in fast. My haircut was excellent and what I wanted. Great job
This place is very clean, & have their customers & their own safety for the Covid-19 virus is top priority! Also they are very nice & did A great job cutting my hair! Thank you very much Great Clips!
Using the app to check in works well. While waiting watched 2 stylists cutting hair on two boys, one 9 year old and one 11, and I was very impressed at how they communicated with each young man, giving them an opportunity to choose what options they had (neckline, products, etc.). I didn't know if the boys were nervous or had other challenges but the stylists were patient and professional. It was a very pleasant surprise to see them take those extra couple of minutes to make such a positive impact on both boys.
Great clips isn't so great, I asked for my hair a little shorter and for the hair lady to follow my hair line. Now I have a bull cut and bald spots all over the side of my head
