*EDIT*: The owner contacted me after learning my issues with the appointment I had scheduled. She explained the scheduling confusion that happened and offered to do my nails for free. They turned out well and the staff were very personable.nnI had an appointment to have my nails done with a massage after or so I thought. When I showed up there was no receptionist but there were signs directing clients to the back for hair and nail appointments so I followed the signs. When I got to the room for nails the lights were off and there was no body there. There was no one to ask if there was a scheduling error or if the person I had an appointment with was running late. There was one lady working in the salon cutting hair but I didn't want to interrupt someone in the middle of a hair cut. I waited for about 15-20 minutes before I decided to leave. I gave an extra star because the environment itself was calming and clean but I couldn't give anymore since I didn't receive their services. I don't know if there was some kind of miscommunication when I scheduled or what but I definitely would have appreciated a heads or a receptionist present to discuss my confusion.
Jodi is great. I sent her a pic of the color I wanted. She nailed it. Definitely recommend!
Saw Kelley today for a haircut and color. Super gal, and excellent at her craft. Goes above and beyond for perfection. Highly highly recommend her!
Excellent men's haircuts. Very large facility. My favorite place now.
