Leaving a 1 star review is never fun but this place needs to take more pride in their business. With a water front location on Bay St in the heart of Florence this place could thrive but my experience on a Thursday afternoon was not even sub par. The place reeks of acrylic as soon as you walk in, there are mounds of boxes/junk in the corner and in the office room, looking behind the pedicure seats I noticed an inch thick layer of dust. Hesitantly, I stayed for the pedicure, and I was strangely relieved that it lasted a mere 15 minutes from start to finish. They have no drying station to dry your nails, you just sit there or leave with them wet. The place is run down and dirty, not the environment you would choose when getting pampered.
