Very speedy and professional service. Sean and Gary from Carters came out to unclog a drain for me.nnWhen they were here, I asked for a quote on several other items. They were low pressure and knowledgeable. They Quoted me to replace my main shut off valve and it was very reasonable. Brandon came out that same day and replaced it!nnThey all wore masks and were very polite. I will use them for all my plumbing needs now that I’ve found someone reliable and honest.

I had the longest night ever. I couldn’t shower because all the water from the sewer came through the shower. It was beyond gross. The moment I called Carters they were professional and got me taken care of right away. The plumber came out by the name of Sean and he was done in a matter of minutes. He knew what to do and gave me helpful tips to prevent this issue in the future. I was given a proper quote and didn’t feel taken advantage of. He walked me though the process and made me feel good about the questions I wanted to ask. I would definitely recommend both Sean and Carter’s again !!!

The plumbing technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was pleased with the install of my water softener and the thoroughness of the service as it related to my water heater as well. The plumber did not leave until everything had been checked and he had explained to me the new system.

Very professional. On time but didn't call first. I was requesting a estimate for a bathroom addition. He was very honest about what I wanted to have done. Some people will just tell you what you wanted to hear. As a woman I'm glad he didn't try to rip me off. I will call them in the future for some other issues. Would have given 5 stars but I requested a mask being worn and he didn't have one on.

Called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed on Monday afternoon. I received a call from Carters Monday morning to set up my time frame and Chris, the technician called when he was on his way to my home. They also replaced my shutoff valve and flexible connectors with rigid piping. Being a business owner myself, I appreciate top notch service and that’s what I received. Carter plumbing does things the right way not the easy way.
