All around excellent! Delicious, moist brisket, Savory beans, unique and amazing slaw. The sauce has hints of mustard and vinegar with a unique yet familiar tang. Santa Fe now has a exciting and tantalizing Barbecue! And the best pecan pie I have ever had! Quick and precise order and pickup. Highly recommended!

First time ordering barbecue from Uncle DT’s Smokehouse and I have to say that it is the best I’ve ever had. Brisket was so moist and the flavor absolutely delicious. The sides (coleslaw, beans, potato salad) were excellent as well. Your barbecue sauce was the best. We will definitely be going back for more.

I’m not even finished with my take out order and I need to pause to give you a review. I have been looking for bbq like this since I moved here last fall. I ordered the famous pulled pork and it is amazing. The beans and slaw are delicious as well. Also, the potato salad is the best I’ve had in a really long time. I can’t wait to try everything else.

Probably the best brisket, sauce, coleslaw I've ever had. The ribs and beans were just about as good. I didn't give it 5 stars because it's expensive enough that I won't be able to afford it very often.
