I called and tried to cancel service and was told it would be done per Bargersville water.nReceived a bill next month- called and was given the run around. Paid this bill.nNext month received another bill!nThey are obviously trying their best to steal money!! They are collecting x 2 for this address

I called them today about a possible sewer leak in my front yard. They came out today and began working almost immediately. They are still working at 6 o’clock at night in 20 degree weather! I really appreciate it! Thank you to the Greenwood Sanitation Department!

I have been trying to pay my bill online but forgot my password, so they sent me a new one in my email. I literally copied and pasted the password when I went to log in and IT FREAKING LOCKED ME OUT. I USED THE EXACT PASSWORD THEY GAVE ME AND NOW I CANNOT PAY MY BILL.

I'm giving a 5 star review because I felt bad for all the 1 star reviews left by computer illiterate individuals, that blame their deficiencies on someone else. It's not the system's fault. I have never had a problem paying my bill.
