Bob does get busy at times and you may not be able to get ahold of him right away but he will always get back to you. His pricing is fair and his work is good. They're friendly and personable and you never have to worry that they'll take care of you.nnI called a couple other companies to give me pricing to install a toilet and they couldn't do it over the phone and they wanted to charge me a fee to just come out and give me a price. Bob gave me a price over the phone (of course, subject to change depending on what conditions were actually present) and it was very fair.nnI've had to use other plumbers when Bob wasn't available but Indy is always my first call.
The Goddard School in Greenwood has been using Indy Jones Plumbing ever since Bob Jones started the company. Being an owner of a small business I understand importance of reliable vendors, companies you can trust and know that work is going to be done on-time. Indy Jones Plumbing is one of that companies you can depend on. Bob Jones is one of those people you can trust and know that he will always stay behind his work.
Jones came in and had my plumbing fixed and running like it was brand new. My toilet, tub, and sink drain has never worked well for over 30 years. Indy Jones is the way to go with prices that can't be beat! Keep up the good work Bob!
Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.
