Was very pleased with both the company from the time I first contacted them & how pleasant & professional the first person I spoke with. Was EXTREMELY impressed with the professional work of Brett Norton, Technician. He went out of his way after hours to ensure we had the right parts to service our furnace. He made a tremendous sacrifice & said he did not want to leave us on the coldest night of the season without any heat. Love this company! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Complete comfort came through as a solid decision for our new system.nnMy journey was unique as I choose to be proactive in my furnace and AC replacement with having an aging system. I wanted to avoid being down or at the mercy of an emergency repair and an impulse decision. With such a big purchase and one that I had not done before it was important for me to have a few quotes of options to compare, service, value, and cost. I ended up getting 5 quotes since it was difficult to get comfortable with any comparable systems solutions and prices being offered from other companies. Complete Comfort was my fifth quote and had they been my first it would have saved time and headache going through the process with others. Mike was knowledgeable and professional while hitting several key marks for me in our meeting. He was able to electronically send me all quotes and info immediately while in person instead of a handwritten estimate like others had to complete away from my presence. He answered all pricing questions in person which was important for me. His dialog reassured me and helped me reach a decision quickly. The sales experience was complimented by the install experience which also hit all expectations. The installers did a great job, kept everything clean and organized with paid special attention to details. Our family was home during the install and felt safe through their navigating of our home. It is important to note that I seldom write reviews and only spend the time when expectations have been exceeded. I recommend making Complete Comfort part of your journey in this investment decision for your home. I will be scheduling their team for our regular maintenance checks going forward each year.

We had to have our water heater replaced under manufacture warranty. The technician who came out, Frank, was absolutely amazing. The managers helped me with my home warranty company on top of everything else. But back to Frank. He double checked to see if the unit even needed replaced doing multiple test. He kept me updated on everything thing as he was doing it. After the heater was installed he had to re-pipe everything and reassemble a few gas lines to my furnace that were in the way to get the water heater out and install the new one. Upon checking for any leaks, Frank found a small leak from the intake gas line going into the furnace. My wife and I have smelled what we thought was gas and even had the home warranty company send companies out to service the furnace multiple times and mentioned the smell each time and they said it wasn’t anything probably just burn off or something. Frank went above what he needed to do today by removing the pipe and cleaning the threads and re-doping then making sure it was seated all the way in, then double checking that there was no longer a leak. Frank very well saved my families life today and for that I can ever so grateful. I told him he was a godsend and tried to buy him lunch, a tip and even offered as little as a soda or water and he said he had all he needed in the van and that integrity is one thing he holds high. Being a Marine Vet integrity is a core value and means a lot to me.nSo Frank, to you sir I’ll never forget the kindness you have shown my family today which means a lot in this day and age. We are on their maintenance program, so they come out twice a year - once for a seasonal A/C check up and again for a furnace check up. They are always on time, friendly, professional, and make sure we understand any recommendations. They also explain ways we can save. We've been pleased with their service.

I submitted a claim for my water heater issues though our home warranty company at the 4:45pm, the very end of the work day. I was in contact with the company five minutes later, and was scheduled for the first appointment the next morning. The technician, Brett, arrived on time after informing us via text that he was en route. He was polite, professional, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
