El Chile Toreado

If you don't know, now you know. One of the best taco trucks in the entire state. Why are they so good? I can't put my finger on it but I have to dance every time I eat these tacos. They reaffirm life. Profoundly flavorful and vibrant, and the whole crew is wonderful people. Go now.

Yum!!! The best polish sausage ever!! Get the Mr. Polish, it is great. Everything I have had is good and the employees are nice. This is Mexican food, not New Mexican, but still delicious :) Just thought I would clarify since I heard someone say the other day they thought they had New Mexican so they were disappointed with the tacos.

WOW, WOW.......WOW! The best Taco's I ever had and I have had taco's from all over the place. The Red and Green sauce is the BOMB, you would literally have to go to Mexico too get food this good. And the employees are super nice, the lady that works there even gave my truck a jump when my battery died in the parking lot!

Fantastic I got the mixed breakfast burrito and it is loaded with lots of good stuff not a lot of potatoes and plenty of chili super spicy but really tasty
