I Had my zero turn fixed by Dannemiller. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Employee Reid helped me removing the mower from my trailer, explained the process, and was very professional and polite. Reid was also there for me upon pickup to help explain the work done and help secure the mower to the trailer. The original diagnosis, from two different shops was wrong. Dannemiller fixed the problem and saved me money. Thanks to everyone involved.
Dannemiller’s True Value is the pace to go. They carry brands you can’t find in the big box stores, and the customer service is exceptional. If you need to advice on anything from power tools to charcoal grills, Greg is your guy. You don’t get that depth of knowledge from the big box employees. Skip Lowe’s and Home Depot and support local businesses! If you’re lucky you’ll be greeted by the store doggo, Maggie!

Went in to buy a trimmer, axe, hatchet, and a couple of other things. I was asked when I went in if I needed help, I replied yes and told them what I was looking for. I waited for 20 minutes to get help and it never came. When I went in the store there were only 2 customers including myself and the other person was checking out. I was the only customer in there for at least 15 minutes. I now have to drive to Trafalger to get what I need. Time wasted! Won’t be back.
The owner and staff have vast knowledge in all they sell. Beautifully organized store and fun place to shop. Massive Lawn equipment and mower selection, stihl chain saw sales service and sharpening one day turn around and down right great people.
