Haven't been here in a while still as good as always good service also
I've been here a multitude of times and each time has been a pleasant experience, this most recent experience however was different. I placed my order online and was informed it would be ready in 20 minutes which is fine but when I walked in, it was complete chaos. People behind the counter running around, tickets are disorganized and there's so many people that they had to form a makeshift line out to door. No social distancing and no policies in place to prioritize pickups and online orders over walk ins. I ended up waiting well over 30 minutes for one 10 inch pizza.
Rude staff, I've been to busy establishments, and a great training tip for the owner is to train on greetings. Say " welcome folks, we're really busy, we'll be with your shortly, and appreciate your patience."
Update: I spoke to Juan G. Alvarez he was kind to call me and address our experience there. We talked and he has comped me a meal. I am not updating my rating because of free food but because he called to not give me excuses but rather listen to me and get my feedback. This manager genuinely cares about the business he is running. I also told him we chose to order through ChowNow because they don't charge the restaurant to use the service, but fyi the orders can be processed incorrectly. Next time we go up to Santa Fe I will call and ensure he is there before we go.
**Ordered through ChowNow and what I submitted was not what they received. The staff was unfriendly and unwilling to correct my order. I have the confirmation of what was my order and they went off of what they received.
