Express Car Wash

I just went through the car wash and I’ve been through this many many times and always have been happy. This has been my favorite car wash for years. Today I got home and there are TWO GIANT deep scratches on the passenger front side of my vehicle. I didn’t see this until I got home (didn’t stop anywhere else) but we heard a loud ‘clunk’ while we were going through the wash. I’ve been trying to contact someone and there is no phone listed. I’d like to warn someone now that this occurred. I’m heartbroken over these large scratches, but now I’m sure there’s nothing that can be done. My review is to warn others in case there is a malfunction happening. Also, if anyone hears this loud noise to stop immediately and check your vehicle.
