They do a good job, but you have to let them know the concentration area for thorough clean, and inspect it when done. I never have any problem with their wash and washout too...but note if you're doing a washout with spilled stuff in there it might cost way more.nnThe staff is friendly, nice and courteous.
I don't know how many guys it takes to wash a 24 foot box truck.nBut they are still six guys short.nI wouldn't recommend this place I asked for a standard wash and a pull next door at the pilot truck stop and I took my finger and could easily wipe dirt off. I hope I can get a refund or something but heck you go back and complain and something else would happen.it took them about 15 minutes and said they were done. I'm definitely going back and they are going to make it right.
They seem to be more interested in being fast than thorough. I have a black truck and specifically told them to rinse under the cab and sleeper very good so that it doesn't drain dirt down on to the my fairings they didn't do that.
Worst blue Beacon I've been to in 38 years as a O/O driver absolutely no management guiding the very inexperienced kids.. me.. as the customer had to keep walking around to show them what they were missing .. There was no supervisor guidance Nor a manager to be found.. I give the management crew 0 For quality and service And lack of obvious training
Whem in today to have my truck and trailer washed they dis a terrific job when i got out of the bay my trailer rails were as same as they got in, no scrub or anything just some water Nd pressure washer. Never again. Had to wipe my truck my sel to make it clean after wasting 120 dollars there
