Prompt response to our weekend emergency. They were able to get our faucet fixed in a few short hours from when we first spoke with them on the phone. He could have just replaced what was broken but showed us where there was a problem from when it was installed by a previous contractor. He fixed the issue quickly. It is functional and looks great! Thank you for saving us on a Saturday.
So we had a emergency with our plumbing downstairs. The owners of this company came helped us out on a weekend. They where very polite, respectful, and they care about their work. I cant think these gentlemen enough for helping us. I would recommend this company to any of my family, friends, or even acquaintances of mine. Awesome job fellas thank you so much!!!
Tried them out because of the good reviews. Have no regrets at all. Incredibly professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Affordable and will explain everything in detail. Bruce has never failed to answer or return a call in a reasonable time frame. Most plumbers will be scheduled for days, if not weeks, in advance. Always goes above and beyond for their customers and are really easy to talk to. I have used them for the last 3 plumbing issues and they are my go-to guys every time from then on. By the way, this is the only company I’ve ever bothered to review, if that says anything. Awesome work.
My washing machine quit and I was unable to close the shut off valves due to rust and corrosion. They needed replaced before I could get a new washer. Aqua Doctor replaced my shut off valves and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it! All of my plumbing needs will be done by this company from now on. Very nice and excellent service!
It was late, he came anyway, crawled under the house flipped the breaker and we had water....thank you thank you thank you
