After waiting pretty good amount of time for a part that cost as much shipped to me as the part cost itself from one of their other stores, I complained that the part was not machined correctly and did not thread together as it should. I was told that that was unfortunate. They did not accept reordering the part nor would they reship a part. Buyer beware. Lowe's doesn't have half of the knowledge that these guys have nor can they get half of the parts that these guys can get however if there's a problem Lowe's is always willing to take it back.

Simply put, just a serious lack of knowledge on the products they sell.nThe best part of this business is the location. With Lowe's seeing record sales during the COVID-19 lockdown, WS is very handy. Know exactly what you need and want before going in, it will be a coin toss on it being in stock.nAs usual......YMMV.
