I've used the automated car wash several times and never have to wait very long to get thru. System does a nice job of cleaning and drying the vehicle.
I wish I could give them zero stars.nnJeff's is run by his son who absolutely refused to acknowledge any wrong doing .nnHe also refuses to pass any info along to the owner.nnDear JeffnnI am a disabled american vet who used your carwash often.nI had an issue and when I tried to complain I got your son and he will not put me in touch with you.nnMy issue can't be fixed with a free carwash
The gentleman working was great. Very nice guy. But the wash itself was horrible. Got in an out in no time though, so 2 stars for good service and fast wash. But I paid for the most expensive one, ($13) & still spots on my windows an my front bumper & headlights doesn't even look like it was touched. Won't go there again unless I self wash my own vehicle.
They did a decent job. I had thought there was an issue, but apparently the vehicle is fine, so I am sorry about that.
