I have had the opportunity to meet several Seymour Police officers. I found them to very professional and courteous. I support them and appreciate all of the good work they do for our community.

I was driving through Seymour yesterday when something was on fire ahead of me. The police department came to the vehicles stuck on the interstate, gave us direction to take the on ramp off the interstate. They had officers at major traffic lights and signs directing us at the lights letting us know where to go and how to get back on the interstate. The planning that had to go behind this was amazing. I wasn’t happy to have to sit for that long, but to see they were busy behind the scenes finding a solution to the problem made me smile. Well done ladies and gentlemen.
