Arby's

This is probably the friendliest arby's we have ever been to. The people were also very nice made us feel welcome and appreciated. Everyone had a positive attitude and we watched and diligently clean the tables after each customer. With this crazy pandemic it was a nice feeling To know that they cared and was cleaning like it should be. Stephen and Nancy White

I rated the Seymour Arby's 3 out of 5 stars because it is like every other Arby's. The drive-thru line moved quickly and you could easily understand the person taking your order over the speaker. You do get your money's worth, but it is still an Arby's .

I’m giving Arby’s a 3/5 because I have had good experiences there. I went through the drive thru today and gave them a coupon for my sandwich and the woman grabs it and goes “oh my God” and then hands it back to me and told me she couldn’t use it which was fine. The only problem I had was her comment “oh my God” you shouldn’t be bringing an attitude to work it makes the whole restaurant look bad.

I asked for extra red ranch, I got MAYBE half a teaspoon at best. There was barely any cheese on my Beef n Cheddar. Only one packet of marinara for my LARGE Mozzarella sticks when EVERY other location from here to minnesota to missouri gives me 2 EVERY time. Disappointing!

So impressed with how quickly (and accurately) they moved through a VERY long drive through line tonight! Great job!
