Jeff's Car Wash

Went here and paid $13 to get everything done to my car. Everything went well besides when I came out there was still a little bit of dirt left on my car, especially on my windows. I contacted customer service and Hunter gave me a code for another wash, all is good now. Very pleased with the customer service I received. I will definitely be back.Thank you! :)

On a friday evening got the Jeff's best 13$ and when pulled in the bay the spray for the undercarriage and wheels didn't come . Everything else went smoothly. Called the number and left a message. Didn't see the voice mail on my phone till mid week. called the number given and got to talk to a real person and was told the problem had been fixed, gave me a code for another wash, all is good. Very pleased with the customer service.

Visited the car wash on Sunday night (8/30) to obviously wash my car I pulled in to the third lane paid $13 cash and the machine told me to continue into the car wash. Once I was in the car wash the machine continue to tell me to pull forward and would not tell me when to stop. I did not end up getting my car washed and ended up with only a presoak film left on my car. Which I then ended up going home and washing the car myself! I have called the car wash 10 different times during the days following my experience. Since it was Sunday night I figured that no one would be in the office. I called at least morning noon and evening Monday and morning and noon on Tuesday - during normal business operating hours. No one has picked up and no one has seemed to reach out to me for me to get my refund. This car wash not only provided a bad experience but horrible customer service I will not be returning to this car wash in the future. I recommend Seymour car wash that is literally one block away.

Very disappointed in the wash I got here. Bought the highest priced wash, pulled out & still had a dirty car. Went directly to Seymour Express where my car was washed & came out looking new.

3rd time I Did get a full wash the dryer didn't work the wheel wash didn't work It needs to be shut down
