Just pass by the Sutherlin Or location... The food is bad.. Often the bread is stale and when they cut it they smash the hell out of it.. I’ve yet to get a sandwich that was actually on fresh bread... Cookies are always stale as well.. Drive through takes way too long and they leave you sitting forever before they blurt out they’re busy... They can never hear you so you’re shouting at the intercom... They never tell you your total before you get to the window.. And leave you sitting at the window way too long.. Worst subway I have ever been in..nnThey will also ask you if you want to tip them in drive they if you use your card... Why a drive through is asking for a tip is beyond me..

The girl that helped me tonight was great! She had a good attitude and was helpful even though I was the last person she helped. We had a good conversation and she took the time to provide good customer service!

Unfortunately the service has been extremely slow the last 2 times I've been there and I orderd through the app

The food was good and so was the service. But the restroom was filthy. The toilets had black and red mold in them. Also there was no soap to wash with after being in there.

Good variety on menu. Food delish. Excellent service
