Avon Police Department

They were very nice & helpful!!

watch out. because the avon police do not know how what they are doing or saying. they go to Walmart of Avon several times. because walmart of avon can not handle it everything that can be so simple.. i called Walmart corporate. and impd. for advice. they said did you get to leave the store . i said no they said before the police get involed. unless you leave the store. then its up to the manger and security gaurd. . avon corporate said did you gt a ticket or citation , i said no did he see the stuff or see it happened. they said before it happened they must make arrangement for you to pay the stuff. if not then you go to court. i called the attorney general and seantor they said did they want to work it out before calling police. now brownsburgh store got involed. and banned from that store they are passing information . the police told the securuty guy you called me for this. non emergency he said i got 7 other calls and caine in the back. i can not take her . and you called me for 90 dollars, which they do not know the camra was blurry and can not see the police would not listen i had to beg my drivers bag he had it in his pocket he had to ask for my name and address 4 times.

I was speeding and got pulled because my baby was sick and his dad was waiting at the hospital, I told the police that my boyfriend was at the hospital but before I could finish, he said that it wasn’t important and no one was dying. I was upset that he didn’t let me finish but I just said sorry and gave me a speeding ticket. I wasn’t up to arguing with him because I needed my baby to go to the hospital because he had a high fever. I also had an 8 year old I’m the car that needed to go to the bathroom, and wasn’t able to hold it in much longer. I had my hands full. I’m a young mother, still in school, I just wanted my baby to be healthy, now I have to figure out a way to pay this. April 19, 2018 around 740-8pm I’ve never gotten pulled over before until this day. Yet I know ot was my fault but I had a sick baby and a child who needed to use the bathroom.

Police were very professional, and even though I had to go to station to blow in a machine, I was treated with respect. I was allowed to go back to car yet had to have a friend pick me up. Could of been worse!

Don't give bad reviews because you got pulled over. I don't care why, just don't.
