It's ok. Long wait in drive thru

Love this place, a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Very slow service and not the friendliest staff. I have picked up carry out a few times and I have dined in a few times. Once heard the lady behind the counter tell a coworker that she is making a delivery driver wait because she sent in her 12 year old son to pick up the order. Chocolate cake is awesome! Drive through gets long at times.

Was good had the bacon cheese burger was good my husband had the fish sandwich he wasn't impressed with it if we go back i want to try there hot dogs or the Italian beef

Definitely a Portillo's worthy of the name.nnExcellent service, friendly staff, and the food is just as good as I remember back home in Chicago. Plenty of parking and the mobile app makes ordering/pickup a breeze.nnHigh recommended. See you there!
