Horrible management, service, and delivery times usually run at least 20-30 min past what they tell you.

Ordered boneless wings, mild sauce. The wings were warm. The sauce was cold, poured over some of the wings. Horrible taste. Extremely disappointing. I am sure you are busy on race day, but I would rather wait, than get an after thought, hurried order. Couldn't be more disappointed!!

I have ordered from this Donatos many times. We recently installed a Ring video doorbell and saw the delivery driver open up the pizza box and touch the pizza in several places! I’m guessing to push it back into place? But I was disgusted! That is never okay to do, but especially with a pandemic going on! I reported the complaint and asked a manager to follow up with me. It has been more than a week and I have heard nothing about this health concern. Absolutely will not be ordering from them again if they can’t guarantee my pizza will not be tampered with.
