I was so disappointed and furious with my last experience at this place. The person who gave me my clothes was so rude and doesn't deserve to be in customer service in any capacity! My clothes did not smell freshly dry cleaned at all. I spent $$235 on my last visit. I won't be using their service any more.

This place is great! Great prices, fast turnaround, and the staff is super nice and helpful. I've never had any problems, they always do a great job!

The quality of the finished product has taken a turn for the worse. I can rarely get a shirt back without wrinkles or press marks. Even if I ask them not to wrinkle my shirts...

I have been going to this dry cleaner faithfully for the past two years with no issues. I went to pick up my items and was told I didn’t have anything there. Although I didn’t have my ticket I knew I had dropped off a lot of clothes two weeks earlier. I left to go home to find the ticket but I couldn’t find it. I called the cleaners and spoke to the manager to inform him that although I couldn’t find my ticket I KNEW I had clothes up there. He said “if you don’t have the ticket I can’t help you...I’m too busy for this” and hung up on me!!! As furious as I was I kept my cool and just went back up there and showed him on my bank statement that I had just paid $27 as proof that I had dropped off items (you pay when you drop off).nnHe looked again and found my clothes. I told him hanging up on me was unprofessional and rude. He just looked at me...no apology or remorse. I told him I was never coming back and he just said “OK” smh. If I could give them -5 stars I would. Customer service goes a long way. And an apology would have solved this whole issue.
