I called this company looking for someone who could come out on short notice. They were able to fit me in the very next day. I got the whole house special that they offer and was happy with the work they did. They left me a bottle of spot remover and a bar of handcrafted soap. The owner called a few days later to make sure we were happy with everything as well. Very good customer service and a job well done.

Very good experience with this company. This was the first time I have used them and everything was great. My carpets had not been cleaned since I purchased my home a year ago. They were able to make it look nice and I am very happy with the job. There was only one small spot about the size of a quarter they were not able to get out. I will be calling them again for certain. Thank you.

We just moved to Avon a few months ago so I called them to come clean our carpets and some upholstery. Great experience with this company. They called ahead before arriving and were actually here about 15 minutes early. The serviceman who showed up was polite and very helpful. He explained the cleaning process to me and what he was going to do and then went right to work. The carpet looked fantastic after he was done. My poor old couch I had him clean looked so much better. It's almost 20yrs old and has survived 2 kids and 3 pets so there was only so much that could be done to it. He removed spots from the cushion that I had tried several times to get out myself with no luck.nnOverall a very good experience with this company. They left us a bottle of spot remover and a bar of handcrafted soap that smells fantastic! The owner called me a few days later to do a follow up and make sure we were happy. Then a few days after that I received a hand written thank you note from the owner as well. I have already recommended them to friends and will be using them again.

They fit us in on a last minute booking on new years eve. They showed up and went right to work. The employee they sent out was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to remove spots that had been in our son's room for years. The carpet looked great after they were finished cleaning! The price was very reasonable and they even left us with a bottle of spot remover. The owner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with everything. Very impressed with the quality and service.

Very impressed with the service. I called last minute and they were able to fit me in. I needed carpet and upholstery cleaning in a bad way. The carpet hadn't been cleaned since we moved in over a year ago and it was in need. They showed up on time and went right to work. I didn't think there was any hope for my kids room. There were spots on there that I had no idea what they even were. When they were finished the carpet looked fantastic. I also had them clean a couch and chair while they were here and it made a world of difference. I'm very impressed and happy with the service. I will be using them again.
