We made an appointment last week for work to be done th following Tuesday. After an hour of waiting past the appointment time I called them. Bottom line they would not be out for several days. Due to high demand, sick employees etc. That I can understand but not the fact they failed to call and let us know. Will never call them again.

My well pump died and these guys came out and moved it to my garage (from the crawl space) while replacing it. Quality work from guys who knew what they were doing and didn't mind me looking over their shoulders and asking a few questions along the way.nnA couple drawbacks - my first call for service apparently didn't get written down so I had to call back, and my bill ballooned about $300 beyond what I was told on the phone. Still a fair price, but it might be worth making sure you know what you're looking at before they start the work.

Twice J Neal and son of Mooresville In have come to my house and fixed my pump 7 years ago and 1 year ago came and replaced the pressure switch and bladder. No more issues. He will be A-1 on my list next problem
