Noodles and Company

My son and I have eaten here before and always enjoyed it, but we did run into some issues on 10/14. Their soda machine had to be rebooted so we had to wait to get drinks, and I found a small rubber band in my food. When an employee opened the soda machine to reboot it, shut it off and on, I noticed that there was so much spilled soda on the inside. Or, it really needed to wiped down on the inside. (The rubber band in my food probably came off of the green toppings after washing). I showed it to an employee, received a refund, and I requested for a new bowl to be made. Our food was good, though.

Extremely slow service and a bit pricey for a medium sized bowl of noodles and a whopping five small bites of chicken.nnIt took 21 minutes from ordering to getting our food and they were not that busy. Perhaps if the staff spent more time working on orders instead of chit chatting about whatever, the service could have been quicker.nnWhile the food was good, it was not extraordinary. The stinginess with the amount of meat you pay extra for did not go unnoticed. $25+ for two bowls of noodles seemed a bit much.nnOn a positive note, the store was very clean and orderly.

Serving sizes are smaller, price higher. The spaghetti tasted awful. The rice crispy treats were hard as a rock! No idea why this establishment has gone so far downhill!

Good at noodles, wide selection for the whole family had the coke machine you can add flavor. Only reason not 5 is was missing that something special. Solid 4.5. Is order at counter and sit down
