Arrived just before 4pm on a Friday to drop off clothes. Older male was outside the front door. When he saw me approaching the business with clothes in hand, he enter the store and turned to pull the door closed before I could enter. As I grabbed the outside door handle (I thought he was going to hold the door open for me) he barked rudely “were not open yet, I just got here.” Thinking maybe I was at the wrong business door, I asked if this was the dry cleaner?” He again rudely barked “yeah...we don’t open until 4:30!” (I guess assuming a business would be open at 4pm on a Friday was absurd to this rude employee or owner or whoever he was.) I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There is no excuse for poor customer service and rudeness.
