We live in a home built in 1962 and the plumbing seems to be original. We had 2 toilets replaced, which we supplied. Jason Q. was our plumber. He was wonderful! On time, professional, wore covers over his shoes, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and was very courteous. I will, most definitely, call them again whenever the need arises and I know it will. Thank you, Justin Dorsey, for having such a great and professional staff!

I had a small leak after a DIY new water heater install. I called in the morning of the next day and they were able to help promptly the same day. From beginning to end, their customer service was top notch. They listened to what we had going wrong, explained what we might need done and offered to send out a plumber late at night, if necessary. They worked to accommodate our unusually chaotic schedule and they explained everything along the way, offering alternatives where available. Troy Garrett was polite, very knowledgeable and supremely dedicated to leaving our home in the best shape possible, even going out of his way to do so. Jason did an excellent job! He was on time, professional, and completed the work quickly. We had to have a new water softener ordered, replaced, and installed. That all happened within a week. I absolutely recommend Justin Dorsey Plumbing! We've had to call them for a few issues over the years and each time they are fast, courteous, professional and the job they do is superb! And very customer service focused. Today we woke up to a busted water heater and flooded basement. One of their service techs came out and within a very short time was able to replace the unit and get us going. Fair price, hassle free, fast turn around. The tech also took the time to show me a few things I didn't know about not only the water heater, but the water softener as well. Great people!
