I have used this laundromat for years. The new owner put new washers and dryers in it. It is a lot better than the previous owners. Got my laundry done today without a glitch. Will come back again when I need to.
The employees have nasty attitudes. The equipment is always messing up. Machines that are gotten nasty by people watching things that shouldn't be washed are not properly cleaned before someone else goes to use them therefore leaving them unusable. If it wasn't for the fact that this is the only laundry mat within 20 mile radius I'd highly recommend not going there.
It did not give me credit for about every 8th or 9th quarter after doing my laundry it smell worse I will never go back there
Clean and new? No. Is it even called Coxs? No. Pretty expensive too. Most machines are out of order. $3.25-$10 a load? 7 out of 25 washers are out of order. And staff? What staff? All doors are locked and no one here. What a joke, I don't think I'll be back.
Would give it no stars if I could. Horrible staff. Overpriced and at that, dont even do a good job at washing clothes. Might as well spend the money on gas to go elsewhere
