I have used this company three times. First two times were great! This time, problem was not solved. Current situation was a lack of ongoing water pressure. They blamed my water system as the problem. It wasn't. It was the well tank. I asked him to check it numerous times and he just wouldn't. Another company was called and installed a new well tank. Problem solved. Consistent water pressure.

Jesse went above and beyond to fix our 1940s pipes that presented some difficult challenges. He was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. He even called to follow up the next day. Thank you Jesse for all your help!

Your employee Joshua Flowers has engaged in behavior that could be considered trespass and damage to property. In response to being notified of this issue he disparaged and attempted to humiliate, as well as blatantly lied in an attempt to dissuade this individual regarding his retaining a lawyer and reviving legal advice, a neighbor of a client of yours. I can assure you that you have legal liability because of the actions of your agent Joshua Flowers and suggest you take the actions appropriate to mitigate any damages.

A big thank you to Russ, Chris and Jackson for coming to my rescue! I received great service. Russ (the Owner) called me back quickly and got me scheduled quickly. He was great to work with. Chris and Jackson were not only very knowledgeable and courteous, but also gave me straight forward answers to my questions. I was treated very fairly and will definitely use them again. With all of the choices in plumbers out there, I would definitely recommend them to take care of your plumbing needs.

We just had Russ and Cardinal Plumbing out to find and then fix a really bad sewer line problem that was causing a backup in our home. It was one of those totally unexpected streesful times all of us go through and can cost a lot of money we didnt expect to have to spend. Our problem turned out to be a collapsed sewer line in a home that was just 11 years old. That can be really costly when homeowners insurance will not cover anything on the outside of your home and it's all on you. Russ made it as bearable as possible and he and everyone on his team were really professional and in a difficult time really took care of us. Thanks again Russ, I have never had better service
