I understand that people and businesses have policies on wearing or not wearing a mask. I even acknowledge that I should have familiarized myself with the mask policy before arrival and shown up with my own. But when I arrive without a mask, please inform me I need a mask before making me wait 35 minutes. Also, its pretty disgusting to try and pass a used cloth mask with hairs obviously visible on it as a safer option than no mask. I've had mostly negative experiences at this location anyway, but this one may keep me away for good.
I love it here friendly and fast they take thier time and dont rush
Nothing against the stylist, but whoever manages the store needs to staff better. Happening once is okay, but when you do online check in and have to wait for an hour AFTER the estimated waiting time once, then 30 minutes after estimated wait time, 40 minutes again, we are on fourth visit and already 20 minutes into after the estimated wait time and still waiting. Ridiculous to happen every single time, no point in online check in when wait times are no where close.
I finally found another great stylist ...Courtney...at the Meijer Great Clips in McCordsville. I've had 2 great stylists from Great Clips move out of town, so now I've finally found another!
