Arby's

Excellent quick service.

Went through drive thru, short line, but did not have to wait long. Ordered three regular roast beef with no bun. Clerk asked if we would like to have each in a separate bowl, answer was yes. Proceed to order two beef with cheddar doubles. There was no confusion with our order. The clerk was cheerful and correct when we got to window. She understood everything we wanted and checked each order to see if they were right then asked if we required any sauces and we did not. This person was a delight to speak with. She was fast but accurate and kept a smile on her face. I would like to see this type if person any time I choose to use the drive thru. Thank you.

I am under the impression that the food quality is slipping as the pandemic continues. We eat Arby's at lease once a week but recently the sandwiches l like they be haphazardly assembled and the check out speed has slowed. Still a favorite.

I got the new steak sandwich and half of it barely had any meat on it, so I had to put what little was their on the half I tore off and their was still way more bread then meat, I should have just got the beef and cheddar - the steak Sandwich looks nothing like the picture in the drive threw. Very disappointed...

Food was cold got the loaded meal and 2 French dips with a extra cup of dip and it was cold food was cold fries were at least somewhat hot very disappointing never have I had a bad experience
