easy to use/ find good atmosphere
I did not go to smart style and I do not like being tracked.
Terrible! Girl was rude from when I walked in. Showed her a picture...I just wanted my bangs cut. Very easy, or so I thought. She kept asking after every snip if it looked right. It didn't. It just kept getting worse. Clearly she had no idea what she was doing. Also kept snagging my ear with every brush. It really hurt, but she did it repeatedly every time. I left half way through so it wouldn't be irreparable. Terrible experience. Will never go back, and suggest no one go here.
Went in hour and half before they close no one waiting one person getting hair cut. The girl totally upset with the idea of me getting a five minute haircut.
I have only had my eyebrows done here, Savannah did a great job on them!
