My furnace had been acting finicky and on Friday failed to function much at all. I called summers, and they were able to have a tech out that day. Kyle was very personable and efficiently was able to tell me the issue. After that he very clearly laid out all the possible options from just replacing a part to replacing the whole system as the repair was extensive enough (and the system old enough) that the cost was more balanced toward a new furnace. He did not pressure me at all toward one way or another but was super honest about possible future issues that helped me make what I thought was a good decision. He was also very knowledgeable about financing. He was able to schedule the install quickly and even left me some space heaters until the install! The installers were very efficient and nice. The furnace looks and works great! I would feel very comfortable using them again in the future and even gave their name to my parents who also need a new furnace!

When we purchased our home a few years ago, we were told that the duct work was inefficient and we needed some upgrades. The perfect opportunity to fix the issues came 3 years ago when we had to have a brand new HVAC system installed. We told the company to do whatever they had to do to fix the issues and then send us the bill. Unfortunately, they didn't do anything to address the problems with the duct work. Ever since, we have battled with them over the system's inability to heat and cool our home properly. It didn't matter how much we told them it was the duct work. They didn't listen and told us everything was fine. Everything came to a head a few weeks ago when we bought a new baby monitor with a temperature setting. We could visibly see that lack of air movement in our son's room by watching the temperature drop at night when the door was closed.nnEven after forcing the company to come up with a plan to fix something they should have years ago, it took multiple calls and several months to get a response. We decided we'd had enough and began getting quotes from other companies to fix the issues. We went with Summers because Jeremiah mentioned a solution to us that no one else had and it made the most sense. The installers were thorough and did multiple checks before doing extensive work. The house now warms faster and the temperatures hold on the side of the house where our son's room is when doors are closed.nnIt was nice to be listened to and taken seriously for a change. We are so happy with the results and grateful that we went with Summers.

Every aspect of my experience with this company was positive. From the nice lady that answers the phone and scheduled the appointment, to the excellent tech, Aaron that arrived to do the service. It's very refreshing to interact with such an astute and capable staff this day and age. I will refer their services to anyone in need, and call them anytime I'm in need. They're a top notch operation.

Jason and Eli were the ones to install a new furnace. I was hoping to not need one. Was called 30 mins before they showed up. They were courteous and considerate. Made sure it was all done correctly. Even asked about having to cut into dry wall for the vents to the outside of the house. Made sure all the parts were correct to the AC that was installed 2 yrs ago. They cleaned up the mess and did a good job of answering all my questions and made sure I understood how to program the new thermostat.

Our water heater went out over the weekend. Monday morning I called and they had someone out there within a couple of hours. Brett took very good care of us. He was very patient with my wife who was home with our kids by herself at the time. He got cold water up and going that day and had the new water heater and water softener in the following day. He even called that night to make sure that we were satisfied with his work. He was absolutely amazing and his work was impeccable. We will definitely be using them in the future and specifically asking for him. Could not have asked for a better experience.
