We had a pipe burst overnight and the kitchen and basement flooded. PuroClean was here within 2 hours and immediately started removing waterlogged drywall and installation. They came back every day until all affected material was removed. Consequently we never had a mold problem or even a smell. They put in fans and dehumidifiers that stayed for over 2 weeks until everything was completely dry. They were able to save my basement carpet. They moved furniture out and put it back in again, then deep cleaned the basement and cleaned the carpets. The only thing they didn't do was drywall and paint. They don't offer that service, but I wish they did!nnThroughout the whole process, they were professional and courteous. They worked with our insurance adjuster to make the process smooth. Donna did the cleaning and she worked very hard to make sure it was better than ever.nnI can't say enough good things about these guys. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They made a very stressful situation bearable. Thank you PuroClean!!!

I had the best experience with this company! They were very respectful and put my mind at ease during a difficult time! They responded to my house flood extremely quickly and got all the work done in an amazing amount of time. Everett is very knowledgeable and kept contact with me daily to inform me of the progress we were making, and the next steps. I would 100% recommend this company and would hire again in the future. Absolutely wonderful customer service & efficiency. My house flooded with sewage and Everitt & Mariah and the team were excellent during this very stressful time. Highly recommend. I’ve used another Restoration Company before and it was night and day. Thank you!

Mariah and her team for puroclean are absolutely amazing. My downstairs flooded out and Allstate told me they could hire these guys to help. Usually don't use insurance preferred contractors but so glad i did this time. These guys were quick to show up. Very informative and knew their stuff. They were delicate with all my belongings and got everything packed up and out the house fast and efficiently. Would definetly reccomend these guys to anyone. Thank you guys so so much
